Rich and Skinny is another premium denim brand of jean that started in November of 2006. Started by Michael Glasser, the company has many boutiques in department stores located across the country. Glasser is also the founder of Seven for all Mankind and Citizens of Humanity. With lots of hands on experience under his fashionable belt, Rich and Skinny Jeans were put into many popular online stores such as Piperlime, Dillard's and Blue Fly. The company couldn't have started off with a better founder.
The idea started when Glasser searched through the gigantic denim selection of the fashion industry. Although there were many pairs to choose from, he still found something missing- jeans made from fabric both comfortable AND flattering. Glasser was instantly inspired and worked hard to make sure it was done. He made premium denim jeans out of a different kind of stretch denim that blended elastin and cotton. Other than being extremely comfortable, he was able to complete his goal by making women look AND feel sexy in their new favorite brand jeans. Rich and Skinny Jeans stand out in the crowd with its different selection of denim colors, as well as the many different styles-from boyfriend cut to shorts.

Glasser says the reason he named his brand, "Rich and Skinny" was because one doesn't have to be either to look good in their jeans.
