When I first got interested in premium denim jeans, I found it nearly impossible to get myself to pay $100 or more for a pair of jeans. Up until college, the most expensive jean I had ever bought was a pair of $60 jeans from Abercrombie and the only reason I bought them is because I was working there at the time. Needless to say, a nice pair of denim jeans wasn't of great importance to me growing up, which I think is the case for most younger people. Some may get involved in fashion a little earlier and others may never get involved in any type of designer fashion. In my case, I went to a fashion school and I lived right outside of Center City Philadelphia where fashion is all over the place just like any other major city.
It was my sophomore year of college and my wardrobe started to include names like Diesel, Express, Armani Exchange, Banana Republic and Energie to name the ones that I can remember. My girlfriend at the time was big into fashion and she decided I needed to at least try on some premium denim jeans since I never owned or even tried a pair on before. We headed to the nearest Nordstrom Rack, which has some great deals on designer fashion and designer brands. She recommended 7 for All Mankind so I found a pair of dark wash boot cut jeans that I liked and tried them on. To this day, 6 years later, premium denim jeans are my pants of choice whether I am meeting a friend on Main Street or spending a night out in the city. The sophistication, comfort and fit make premium denim an addictive product.
I'm sure a lot more people would wear premium denim if they knew where to find them for affordable prices. Millions of people search the internet for that great bargain but with all the fake and imitation manufacturers out there it is a very risky process. Try places like Nordstrom Rack, Saks Fifth Avenue & Neimen Marcus outlets if they are around you but these stores are only located in select cities. Other stores that include discounted designer clothing are TJ Max, Marshalls and Ross. These stores are very hit or miss but if you are there at the right time you may find some of the best bargains out there.
Even though the internet has an infestation of imitation and fake designer clothing, there are some websites out there that have an online boutique presence and offer some very nice sales, promotions and discounts on a regular basis. I have ran into some of these websites while randomly browsing the internet but a good place to find sales, discounts and promotions of multiple online boutiques with out searching for all of them is Epic Brand Clothing. They are establishing their own individual brand but their niche is affordable fashion designer clothing so they are now slowly promoting other brands and websites with these products which makes it easier to find sales without searching for hours on end. Do you know of any other store fronts or online stores that have great sales on designer clothing?
